• Clients: Must provide clear project details, make payments within the agreed timeframes, and act professionally.

  Freelancers: Must meet project deadlines and requirements, deliver quality work, and maintain effective communication with clients.

3. Service Contracting and Execution

• Clients can post projects and receive proposals from freelancers within the platform.

• Once a client accepts a proposal, both parties are bound by the terms of the established agreement.

• ColJob may intervene in disputes if either party fails to fulfill their commitments.

4. Payments and Commissions

• Payments from clients can be processed through agreed-upon platforms, including PayPal, Upwork, and authorized bank accounts.

• ColJob is responsible for the remuneration of its professionals, as well as ensuring the quality and success of the project for its clients.

• In case of disputes, payments may be withheld until the situation is resolved.

5. Project Continuity Guarantee

If a freelancer is unable to complete a project for justified reasons, ColJob will assign a backup professional to ensure the continuity of the work without affecting the client.

6. Intellectual Property

• The content and material delivered in a project will become the property of the client once it is completed and fully paid.

• Freelancers must ensure that their work is original and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

At ColJob, we take full responsibility for the quality and success of the projects delivered to our clients. We are not just a simple intermediary platform, but a remote professional solutions agency with a team of highly skilled freelancers who are part of our organization.

To ensure excellence in every project, we have a rigorous quality review and inspection process, where our team of experts verifies the originality, accuracy, compliance with requirements, and professional standards before delivering the final product to the client.

Therefore, ColJob commits to:
